Sophia Inc A New Jersey Nonprofit Organization A NJ Nonprofit Corporation (“Licensor”) is pleased to make the accompanying animated cartoon, related artwork, dialogue, characters, musical elements, and any associated educational materials (“the Work”) freely available for non-commercial educational, catechetical, and liturgical teaching purposes.
By accessing, downloading, displaying, sharing, or otherwise using the Work, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms:
1. License Grant
Sophia Inc A New Jersey Nonprofit Organization A NJ Nonprofit Corporation grants Licensee a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to:
– View, stream, show, download, and share the Work in its complete and unmodified form.
– Use the Work only for non-commercial educational, religious, or pastoral purposes, including within parishes, schools, camps, homes, and community programs.
This license does not transfer or assign ownership of any intellectual property rights.2. Prohibition on Derivative Works
Licensee may not:
– Modify, alter, adapt, edit, re-voice, re-draw, re-color, translate, remix, or incorporate the Work into any new or different work.
– Create any derivative works based on the characters, storylines, artwork, scripts, music, or universe of the Work.
– Use the Work to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models, or to generate AI-based derivatives.3. Character and Artwork Restrictions
All characters, character designs, names, likenesses, storylines, and the visual identity of the Work are protected intellectual property of Sophia Inc A New Jersey Nonprofit Organization A NJ Nonprofit Corporation.
Licensee may not:
– Use characters or artwork in any other context, medium, story, or production.
– Create new depictions—digital, artistic, animated, or otherwise—of any character or element of the Work.
– Use the Work in contexts that are defamatory, political, commercial, misleading, or contrary to the moral teachings or worship practices of the Eastern Orthodox Church.4. No Commercial Use
Licensee may not:
– Sell, license, or commercially exploit the Work.
– Monetize distribution through ads, merchandise, subscriptions, or derivative content.
– Use the Work in fundraising campaigns or fee-based programming, except with express written consent of Sophia Inc A New Jersey Nonprofit Organization A NJ Nonprofit Corporation.5. Copyright & Trademark
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the Work, including its characters, titles, logos, and visual identity, are the exclusive property of Sophia Inc A New Jersey Nonprofit Organization A NJ Nonprofit Corporation.
No rights of ownership are transferred under this license.6. Attribution
Where reasonably possible, Licensee must include the following attribution:

Sophia Inc A New Jersey Nonprofit Organization A NJ Nonprofit Corporation reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for misuse, violations, or inappropriate use. Upon revocation, Licensee must cease use and distribution of the Work.8. No Warranty
The Work is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.9. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
