Sophia & Billy’s Easter Lenten Coupon Quest

Kids print and color the 3 Lenten coupons, then pose with their coupon(s) and share a photo (parent/guardian to post on social media) to enter the “Coupon Quest” online!
How to Play
- Pick your 3 coupons (one per theme).
- Color them (Sophia would be proud; Billy would use all the crayons).
- Choose your “Promise Person” (who you’re doing it for).
- Write your promise (one simple action).
- Take a fun Pray & Go Sophia Adventure Photo holding your coupon (church, home icon corner, kitchen helping, playground kindness moment — anything!)

Lenten Promise Examples (Ages 3–8)
Parents, help your children choose promises that are small, repeatable, and easy to celebrate when completed!
Ages 3–4 (very simple)
- “I will make the sign of the cross before bed.”
- “I will say ‘Lord have mercy’ 3 times with Mommy/Daddy.”
- “I will share one toy each day.”
- “I will try not to yell and use a quiet voice.”
Ages 5–6 (small habits)
- “I will say a short prayer for someone I love every night.”
- “I will help set the table without complaining.”
- “I will give up one treat on Wednesdays/Fridays (or choose a ‘less’).”
- “I will say one kind thing to my sibling each day.”
Ages 7–8 (more ownership)
- “I will read (or listen to) one Bible story each week.”
- “I will do one secret good deed each week.”
- “I will skip screens for 15 minutes and use that time to pray/draw an icon/color.”
- “When I feel mad, I will pause and say: ‘Jesus, help me be peaceful.’”
